BLACKPINK's Jisoo has successfully kicked off her first solo tour.
On the 14th, Jisoo held a successful fan meeting tour titled 'Lights, Love, Action!' at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Manila, Philippines, and on the 15th at the Queen Sirikit Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand.
'Lights, Love, Action!' is Jisoo's first solo tour in her 9-year career. After successfully releasing her new mini-album 'Amor Ta Joo' last month, Jisoo presented her new songs on stage, creating unforgettable memories for her global fans.
During the event, Jisoo captivated the audience with a variety of solo performances, including all the songs from her new album, in which she participated in writing the lyrics, from the title track 'Earthquake' to 'Your Love', 'Tears', and 'Hug and Kisses', as well as 'Flower' and 'All Eyes on Me'. Each song featured an intro video and performance, showcasing Jisoo's dedication in the stage composition and direction, which captured the audience's eyes and ears.
Additionally, in line with the concert's theme, the program included Q&A sessions, frame decorating, and a charades game, receiving a warm response from fans. Jisoo not only showcased her genuine charm and friendliness but also shared special moments by giving gifts directly to her fans.
At the end of the performance, Jisoo expressed, "It is truly a great fortune to have started this tour with all of you. Today, we were able to unite under the name of BLINK. I hope we can always be together and be a source of strength for each other. Thank you." She also added comments in Filipino and Thai, promising, "I will come back to see you all soon," raising expectations for her future activities.
This world tour will continue on the 17th and 18th at the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo, Japan, on the 21st and 22nd at the Galaxy Arena in Macau, at Messe Taoyuan in Taipei, and on the 28th and 29th at the Asia World Arena in Hong Kong, and on the 30th at the My Dinh Indoor Athletics Arena in Hanoi, Vietnam.
