Singer Hong Jin-young is making a comeback with a song full of the spirit of spring.
Beloved for her unique voice and emotional delivery, Hong Jin-young will release the warm ballad trot 'Again, Spring' (subtitled: Like a flower blooming in a withered pot) on the 19th.
Following her digital single 'Spring' composed by Jo Young-soo, which conveyed the bittersweet memories of love last February, Hong Jin-young is set to release the new song 'Again, Spring' as part of her spring series starting in 2025.
The new song was crafted as a custom piece for Hong Jin-young, with the long-time friend and producer, Algoboni Honsu Sangtae, taking charge of composition, lyrics, and arrangement.
This track, showcasing Algoboni Honsu Sangtae's unique lyricism, evokes images reminiscent of a peaceful moment on a spring day, with sunlight filtering through and a haze in the air.
Hong Jin-young expressed, “I hope to bring warmth and hope of spring to those who are enduring a cold winter due to emotions, temperatures, or difficult situations, and to be a small source of strength.” She added, “Although the song is about waiting for love, it also contains wishes and support for the spring sunshine of 2025.”
Hong Jin-young's new song 'Again, Spring', her first release in a year, will be unveiled on the 19th after a teaser is shared on social media on the 15th.
