Yesung of the group Super Junior has expressed his dissatisfaction with his agency, SM Entertainment.

Recently, Yesung mentioned the upcoming 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in SEOUL' concert, which will be held at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on the 11th and 12th, through the fan communication platform Bubble.

He stated, “I occasionally see questions about SMTOWN, and since it’s an event of a company I’ve been with for over 20 years, I will try to participate as much as possible, but I have hardly been involved in the music of the album.”

He continued, “Especially regarding the cold treatment of group songs, I’m now tired of talking about it and don’t want to anymore,” adding, “I’m trying to focus on my own performances, so please understand that.”

This year marks the 30th anniversary of SM Entertainment, which plans to release a commemorative album focused on 'SM Music.' The songs included in this album will be revealed at 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in SEOUL,' and it seems Yesung has expressed dissatisfaction regarding the album's production.

This is not the first time that artists under SM Entertainment have voiced their complaints.

Last December, Taeyeon of Girls' Generation announced her absence from the concert and stated on the 6th, “I wanted to perform wonderfully and was eager to do 2-3 songs, so I told the company and waited,” adding, “It’s absolutely not that I lack motivation or don’t want to perform. I am sincere and passionate about the stage and want to do my best, but I’m seriously considering it because they are not helping me.”

Additionally, Wendy pointed out communication issues on the 6th when the news of her absence from 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in SEOUL' was revealed, saying, “The discussions with the company happened over a month ago, but the notice was only posted today.”

Meanwhile, 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025 in SEOUL' will feature Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon, SHINee's Key and Minho, EXO's Suho and Chanyeol, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, aespa, RIIZE, NCT WISH, nævis, and Raiden.
