Ji Sang-ryeol and Shin Bo-ram have scheduled their next date.

In the KBS2 broadcast of ‘Salim Nam Season 2’ on the afternoon of the 27th, Ji Sang-ryeol was invited to Shin Bo-ram's house.

In this episode, Ji Sang-ryeol went on a second date with the 16-year-younger show host Shin Bo-ram. While Bo-ram was at work, Sang-ryeol watched her live home shopping broadcast from the car.

Bringing the sample machine he received during their meeting, Bo-ram asked, “Oppa, can you install this at home?” Sang-ryeol was taken aback, saying, “What home?” but his lips were already smiling.

Upon arriving at Bo-ram's house, Sang-ryeol cautiously expressed his feelings in an interview, saying, “But in a way, she must have thought well of me to ask if I could help, right?” When Bo-ram mentioned, “This place is worth 620 million won,” Sang-ryeol joked about their combined wealth, saying, “That makes it about 3 billion won,” which brought laughter.

Following Bo-ram's request, Sang-ryeol helped with the filming. Afterward, when Bo-ram cooked beef and soybean paste stew, Sang-ryeol suggested, “It’s a special day, let’s drink.” When Bo-ram said, “Oppa, ah~ you worked hard,” and wrapped a lettuce leaf for him, Sang-ryeol seemed shy and held her hand.

When Bo-ram asked, “I was at home today, what did you think was better?” regarding their date, Sang-ryeol replied, “Was today a date? I can just sleep on the sofa,” securing his place.

Bo-ram requested, “Help me when I move. If we meet on September 16, it’ll be 100 days until Christmas,” suggesting their next date. However, when Sang-ryeol said, “I have filming for ‘driving service’,” Bo-ram unexpectedly flirted, saying, “I’ll drink and call you, Oppa.”

Earlier, Park Seo-jin and his sister Park Hyo-jung visited Samcheok. The siblings waited eagerly to tell their parents about Hyo-jung passing her high school equivalency exam. Hyo-jung said, “Do you know what mom said when she thought I failed? ‘It’s okay, you can pass next time,’” and mentioned that she passed after three attempts.

When their parents appeared in the distance, Hyo-jung posed like a signboard. Upon reading the words ‘Passed the high school equivalency exam’ on the sign, their dad said, “You passed the exam? Oh my daughter,” and patted her head. Their mom also exclaimed, “You passed? It seems my slow-witted child has passed! Congratulations!” and hugged her.

Dad said, “Then Seo-jin has to keep his promise. He said he would send Hyo-jung to college,” encouraging Hyo-jung’s preparations for the college entrance exam. He then thanked Seo-jin, saying, “Son! You worked hard taking care of your sister,” while their mom teared up, saying, “I’m getting emotional.”

In particular, their mom expressed her guilt, saying, “I couldn’t study because I was taking care of you when I was sick.”

Next, Seo-jin gifted a massage chair as a Chuseok present. Dad smiled, saying, “That’s what I wanted,” and Seo-jin said, “It’s a Chuseok gift. Do you like it?” as an event.

Seo-jin then said, “I came to talk about something important. It could be good news or bad news. Don’t be surprised when you hear this. Should I give you a sedative?” making a significant statement. When their mom asked, “Did you get someone pregnant?” Seo-jin replied, “It’s not that. We have to leave.” When their parents were surprised, asking, “Is it because we went bankrupt while building this house?” Seo-jin pulled out a mysterious paper.

The paper turned out to be plane tickets to Hong Kong. Explaining that it would be their first family trip abroad, Seo-jin said, “Since our parents can’t stay on a plane for long, I thought a short flight with lots of sights would be good,” revealing why he chose Hong Kong. Their parents sighed in relief, saying, “Oh, you really surprised us,” while Hyo-jung joyfully exclaimed, “Are we really going? Mom is going on a trip!”

Hyo-jung asked, “Should I give you a kiss? Decide between the forehead, cheek, or lips,” showing her excitement, but their parents’ expressions were stern. When Seo-jin asked why their reaction was not good, their mom said, “We need to discuss this,” and their dad expressed his concern, saying, “What’s the point of going somewhere we can’t communicate? It’s the Chuseok peak season.” Seo-jin reassured them, “Just because we don’t catch octopus for a while doesn’t mean they all go somewhere. Even the octopus goes on a trip,” saying it would be fine.

However, their mom snapped, “A massage chair costs a lot of money. Are you crazy? Why do you keep spending money? It’s really frustrating. Whether it’s Hong Kong or whatever, you all go by yourselves,” and their dad added, “You should live your own life,” expressing his anger. Watching the VCR, Baek Ji-young lamented, “How can the two of them go?” Ultimately, the family conversation ended with hurt feelings.

Their parents expressed their affection for their son in an interview, saying, “We gave you a nice house, a massage chair, and a boat, but now you want to go on an overseas trip, which is absurd,” and “If we go, it will cost a lot of money, so I hope you can let go and live well.”

Afterward, Seo-jin suggested going on a family trip with his brother. However, his brother replied, “I can’t go. I’m busy. I have to prepare for Chuseok and I’m busy,” and Seo-jin complained, “Chuseok is in October, why are you already saying that? What do you mean later? This family is really annoying! That’s why you don’t have a girlfriend. You should go bald like dad,” expressing his frustration.

His brother advised, “Dad is good at that kind of thing, so try to coax him a bit,” and then asked, “How did you come up with the idea of going on an overseas trip?” thinking it was clever. Seo-jin replied, “This will work. It’s a joy combo. Our parents will be happy with a family trip. And then I’ll hand them the ultrasound photo,” saying that if his brother stayed home alone, history would be made.

Following Seo-jin’s plan, Uncle Kyung-hwan visited their home to persuade their parents, and the Seo-jin family decided to go on a family trip.

However, after arriving in Hong Kong, a sudden typhoon of level 8 put the Seo-jin family in crisis. Amidst the panic buying at the supermarket, local staff informed them, “The road to the hotel is blocked,” highlighting the seriousness of the situation. The production team warned, “We might not be able to do anything,” leaving viewers curious about how Seo-jin’s first overseas trip would unfold.

‘Salim Nam’ airs every Saturday at 10:45 PM.
