The group The Boyz is leaving their former agency IST Entertainment and transferring to One Hundred, with both agencies agreeing to continue using the trademark rights.

One Hundred announced on the afternoon of the 5th, "We have smoothly reached a mutual agreement regarding the use of the 'The Boyz' trademark and three other proposals through our meeting with IST Entertainment today."

They added, "After resolving our past grievances and having an open discussion, we and IST Entertainment prioritized the members of The Boyz and the fans, known as 'Deobi', to reach an agreement that makes everyone happy. We sincerely thank IST Entertainment for their open-mindedness during the negotiations."

They continued, "We apologize for any discomfort caused to The Boyz and Deobi fans during this transitional period. One Hundred will actively support the growth and preservation of the talents of the artist 'The Boyz' and will do our best."

Previously, IST Entertainment and One Hundred had announced that negotiations regarding the 'The Boyz' trademark had fallen through due to unmet conditions, which caused controversy.

Debuting in 2017, The Boyz is an 11-member boy group. They will be moving to One Hundred, led by singer MC Mong, after their contract with their agency expires in December this year.
