Jo Min-ah (real name Jo Ha-rang), a former member of the group Jewelry, confessed to health issues.
On the 17th, Jo Min-ah posted on her Instagram, "After suffering from stomach cramps and nearly a week of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, I collapsed at work and went to the emergency room."
The photo she shared shows her arm with a hospital wristband.
She stated, "There have been many things happening recently, and I think I broke down after enduring them," adding, "I underwent various tests, including a brain MRI and heart-related examinations, and fortunately, there were no abnormalities."
She continued, "They said that during the nearly 30 minutes I was unconscious, my brain must have been under strain. I was advised to rest completely during my few days of hospitalization."
However, Jo Min-ah, a 'single mom' and 'working mom', said she couldn't do that, urging, "Everyone, please take care of your health. I will also try to cherish and love myself more, for myself, for my son, and for our happiness."
Jo Min-ah debuted as a child actress in 1995 and joined the group Jewelry in 2002, leaving in 2005.
She married a non-celebrity man in 2020 and had a son, but after divorcing in 2022, she is raising her child alone.
Last year, Jo Min-ah, who shared updates while working at an insurance company, made headlines by being selected multiple times as an outstanding planner.
