There are ongoing lawsuits, including one filed by HYBE against the former CEO regarding the confirmation of the termination of a shareholder agreement, and a lawsuit filed by Min Hee-jin against HYBE concerning the claim for the payment of stock related to the exercise of a put option. Additionally, there is a lawsuit filed by HYBE against Min Hee-jin and another individual regarding the confirmation of the termination of the shareholder agreement.
