
Actor Jin Tae-hyun shared his feelings after completing a half marathon 76 days after his cancer surgery.
On the 7th, Jin Tae-hyun posted on his Instagram, "Today, I went to a running competition with my wife. My wife ran 10k, and I participated in the first half marathon of the second half of the year," adding, "My wife finished 6 minutes later than her original record at 55 minutes, and I finished 20 minutes later than my original record at 1 hour and 53 minutes."
He completed the half marathon on the 76th day after his thyroid cancer surgery in June, stating, "I ran hard to reaffirm that I will not give up on my dreams. First of all, I want to show a healthy husband because I need to take care of my beloved wife for about 50 years."

He also expressed, "I run because I need to protect my beloved wife for a lifetime," and showed his affectionate side as a husband by saying, "I love everything about my wife Park Si-eun."
Additionally, Jin Tae-hyun shared a photo capturing his running record, calling it "the most wonderful race of my life," and mentioned that his wife wrote "You can do it" on the bandage covering his surgery site.
Jin Tae-hyun, who married fellow actor Park Si-eun in 2015, gained attention when he adopted a college student named Park Da-bi in 2019. Earlier this year, he announced that they welcomed two more adopted daughters.
After revealing his battle with salivary gland cancer in May, he has been sharing his recovery process on social media and YouTube, receiving support from fans.
