Annie from the group All Day Project reminisced about her trainee days.

On the 5th, Annie and Tarzan appeared on 'Salon Drip 2' on the YouTube channel 'Theo'.

On that day, when asked about her debut process by Jang Do-yeon, Annie said, "Whenever 2NE1 or Big Bang songs came on, I had to try to follow them. It started from when 'Lollipop' came out. And I always had to do the CL part. So I would give my younger sister chocolate to memorize the parts of the other members," which made everyone laugh.

When Annie said, "When I first said I wanted to be a singer, my parents didn't take it seriously," Jang Do-yeon replied, "They probably thought, 'This will pass' or 'She must be just infatuated.'" To this, Annie responded, "That was exactly it. They thought I was just infatuated. That's why I really hate that word. Whenever I said I wanted to be a singer, I heard 'infatuated' too many times."

When Jang Do-yeon said, "Since Annie is such a standout person, some people might think the company contacted you first," Annie shook her head and replied, "No."

Annie became a trainee at her agency, Double K Label, through auditions. She explained, "At that time, I was studying abroad, so I couldn't live as a trainee in Korea. So I took classes via video calls and instead, I filmed evaluation videos every week and sent them to the company for feedback. I practiced like this for about four years."

When Jang Do-yeon expressed admiration, Annie added, "When I came to Korea during vacation, I would go to the company to practice." Jang Do-yeon praised her, saying, "You have a very good determination."

Jang Do-yeon also asked Annie and Tarzan, "What was your family's reaction after your debut?" Annie replied, "My younger sister said, 'Your face is showing too much.'" Tarzan humorously added, "My dad asked, 'Can I quit my job now?'"
