Actor Park Seo-joon will serve as the kickoff guest for the match between Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United in the '2025 Coupang Play Series'.
Coupang Play announced on the 21st that Park Seo-joon will participate as the kickoff guest for the match between Tottenham and Newcastle, which will be held at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on August 3. Park Seo-joon is also known for his friendship with Tottenham's captain Son Heung-min, as he is a big football fan.
The ticket sales for this match attracted a lot of attention from fans as soon as they started. Pre-sales sold out in just 15 minutes, and general sales sold out all seats in 40 minutes, indicating a strong interest.
On the day of the match, in addition to the kickoff, there will be a special halftime performance by the representative K-pop group 2NE1, providing fans with another exciting experience.
