
Jimin of the group BTS has ranked first in the individual brand reputation of boy groups.
According to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute on the 19th, the analysis of big data for boy group individual brand reputation from June 19, 2025, to July 19, 2025, showed that Jimin of BTS ranked first, Jin of BTS second, and G-Dragon of Big Bang third.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute extracted 84,897,759 pieces of big data on 755 individual boy group brands from June 19, 2025, to July 19, 2025, to analyze consumer behavior regarding boy group individual brands, creating participation index, media index, communication index, and community index to analyze the brand reputation index. Compared to the 80,888,103 pieces of boy group brand big data from June, this represents a 4.96% increase.
The brand of Jimin from BTS, who recorded first place in boy group individual brand reputation, had a participation index of 313,578, media index of 605,621, communication index of 2,167,611, and community index of 2,262,685, resulting in a brand reputation index of 5,349,496. This is a 15.10% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 6,301,075 in June.
In second place, the brand of Jin from BTS had a participation index of 273,164, media index of 567,622, communication index of 1,950,361, and community index of 2,000,223, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,791,370. This is a 48.72% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 3,221,688 in June.
In third place, the brand of G-Dragon from Big Bang had a participation index of 715,720, media index of 632,742, communication index of 1,642,323, and community index of 1,285,078, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,275,862. This is a 5.43% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 4,521,564 in June.
In fourth place, the brand of Cha Eun-woo from Astro had a participation index of 1,088,138, media index of 977,243, communication index of 1,094,094, and community index of 1,034,209, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,193,684. This is a 1.28% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 4,140,674 in June.
In fifth place, the brand of Jungkook from BTS had a participation index of 199,463, media index of 397,804, communication index of 1,360,891, and community index of 2,016,609, resulting in a brand reputation index of 3,974,767. This is a 23.40% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 5,189,119 in June.
Director Koo Chang-hwan stated, “According to the analysis of boy group individual brand reputation big data for July 2025, the brand of Jimin from BTS ranked first. Analyzing the boy group individual brand category, there was a 4.96% increase compared to the 80,888,103 pieces of boy group individual brand big data from June. A detailed analysis shows a 4.11% increase in brand consumption, a 14.42% increase in brand issues, a 14.70% increase in brand communication, and a 3.12% decrease in brand spread.”
He continued, “In the link analysis for the brand of Jimin from BTS, the terms ‘record, celebrate, unchanging’ were highly noted, and in the keyword analysis, ‘ARMY birthday, like crazy, after’ were highly analyzed. The positive-negative ratio analysis showed a positive ratio of 92.08%.”
