
Actor Kang Seo-ha (31, real name Kang Ye-won), who passed away after battling stomach cancer, is now at rest.
The funeral for Kang Seo-ha was held at 7:40 AM on the 16th at the Catholic University of Korea Seoul St. Mary's Hospital funeral hall, while a wave of tributes for the deceased continues to be fervent online.
Kang Seo-ha sadly lost her battle with cancer on the 13th. The shock among those around her was even greater as she had recently completed filming as the lead in the movie 'The Ghost of the Dead'.
Actor Park Joo-hyun, a fellow student from the Korea National University of Arts, expressed her condolences, saying, "I sincerely pray for the repose of the deceased. Ye-won... please don't be in pain there and keep your beautiful smile."
Actor Seo Eun-soo also mourned on Instagram, saying, "Ye-won, please don't be in pain there, eat a lot of delicious food, and take care of yourself. When we meet again, let's share all the stories we couldn't talk about for a long time."
Kang Seo-ha graduated from the Korea National University of Arts and made her debut in 2012 with the music video for 'Far Away' by the group Brave Guys. She began her acting career in earnest through the JTBC drama 'Seonam Girls High School Investigators'. She later showcased her presence in KBS2's 'Assembly', MBC's 'The Flower in Prison', KBS2's 'Again, First Love', 'Wave, Wave', SBS's 'Cardiothoracic Surgery - The Doctors Who Stole Hearts', and 'Nobody Knows'.
