The group PROMIS9E has firmly established its presence, standing tall as the main character of summer.
Returning with their sixth mini-album 'From Our 20's' on the 25th of last month, PROMIS9E has showcased a wide range of activities from music broadcasts to variety shows and festivals, proving their status as the 'trustworthy summer idol' even in the second week of their promotions.
The new release has made its mark on various domestic and international music charts. It has entered the Apple Music charts in Korea, Macau, Hong Kong, and the iTunes charts in Japan, Thailand, and New Zealand. The title track 'LIKE YOU BETTER' has charted in the top ranks of the Melon Top 100 for two consecutive weeks and also achieved 1st place on the Bugs daily chart. Notably, the single 'Supersonic,' released last August, has also entered the Melon Top 100 chart, successfully making a reverse charting comeback.
The music video has also received a hot response. 'LIKE YOU BETTER' surpassed 10 million views on YouTube just four days after its release and continues to gain views amid the steady interest of global fans.
The music broadcast stages have been filled with deeper emotions and performances. PROMIS9E showcased their stage for 'LIKE YOU BETTER' on major music broadcasts such as Mnet's 'M Countdown' and SBS's 'Inkigayo,' and on the 4th, they shed tears of joy after winning 1st place on KBS2's 'Music Bank' for the first time since their comeback. The members expressed their heartfelt gratitude to their fans, known as 'flovers,' sharing the overwhelming moment together on stage.
Their popularity did not wane at festivals either. On the 5th, they performed at the 'Water Bomb Seoul 2025' stage at the outdoor global stage in KINTEX, Goyang City, showcasing a refreshing performance that beat the summer heat. They also made the occasion special by performing the album tracks from 'From Our 20's' live for the first time. PROMIS9E is set to appear at 'Water Bomb Sokcho 2025' on August 23, further brightening the event.
They have also been actively participating in variety and radio activities. In 'Neighborhood Star K Show' and 'Bapsahyo Season 2,' they captivated viewers with their lively charm and witty remarks, while in 'The Return of Superman - Dream Friends,' they added a different charm by interacting warmly with children.
Meanwhile, PROMIS9E will kick off their world tour starting with 'NOW TOMORROW.' at Jangchung Gymnasium in Jung-gu, Seoul on August 9 and 10, embarking on a global journey with flovers around the world.
