Singer and actress Hyeri (31, Lee Hyeri) has been caught up in dating rumors with dancer Woo-tae (34, Chae Woo-tae), and her agency has stated, "Unable to confirm."
On the 1st, a media outlet reported that Hyeri and Woo-tae have been dating for over a year after meeting as an actor and choreographer in the movie 'Victory,' which was released last year.
Hyeri played the role of the cheerleading club leader in this project, and it is said that she developed a romantic relationship with Woo-tae, who worked as the choreographer for 'Victory.'
In this regard, a representative from Hyeri's agency, Sublime, stated to Maeil Business Star Today on the 1st, "The dating rumors are in the realm of the actor's private life, so it is difficult to confirm. We ask for your understanding."
Typically, when dating rumors are not true, agencies clearly draw the line to prevent speculative reports. However, Hyeri's side has neither confirmed nor denied the rumors, effectively acknowledging the relationship.
Hyeri previously faced difficulties due to her public relationship with actor Ryu Jun-yeol.
After breaking up with Ryu Jun-yeol at the end of 2023, Hyeri sparked 'transfer romance' suspicions by posting a comment saying "That's interesting" regarding sightings of Ryu Jun-yeol and Han So-hee in Hawaii in early 2024.
