
Chae Eun-jung (43), former member of the group Cleo, is getting married.
On the 10th, a representative from Chae Eun-jung's agency, Star Made Entertainment, stated to Maeil Business Star Today, “Chae Eun-jung will hold her wedding on August 31 at a location in Seoul,” adding, “Her fiancé is a non-celebrity.”
Chae Eun-jung debuted in 1999 with Cleo and gained immense popularity with hit songs like ‘Contradiction’, ‘Good Time’, and ‘Fairy Tale’. Last year, she formed a new group called New Cleo with Gu Do-kyung and Dini, and released an album.
Recently, Chae Eun-jung appeared on Mnet’s ‘Couple Palace 2’ and expressed her desire to marry, saying, “As I passed the age of 40, I hardly meet new men and have been on over 100 blind dates. I even registered with a marriage information company.” She also revealed that she has frozen her eggs to have children in the future.
