Jihyo from the group TWICE has become a building owner.
According to a report by Herald Economy on the 2nd, Jihyo purchased a building located in Seongsu-dong 2-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul for 4 billion won in early March last year, and completed the payment at the end of the same month, transferring ownership.
It is estimated that the purchase was made entirely in cash as no separate mortgage was established, and Jihyo registered as a housing rental business operator a month after the purchase. A housing rental business operator refers to a person who registers to conduct rental business by acquiring one or more private rental housing units.
The building purchased by Jihyo was completed in 1986, with a land area of 152㎡ (45.98 pyeong) and a total floor area of 330.21㎡ (99.89 pyeong), consisting of 1 basement level and 3 above-ground levels. The building is located in the Seongsu Strategic Maintenance Zone 2, where redevelopment projects are underway.
TWICE, to which Jihyo belongs, performed as a special guest at Coldplay's concert 'Music of the Spheres World Tour' held last month. On the 18th, they released a collaboration song 'We Pray (TWICE Version)' with Coldplay.
