Lyricist Kim Ina highlighted the special aspects of "Singer Again."
On the morning of the 14th, an online production presentation for the new entertainment program "Singer Again - Season 4 of Unknown Singers" (hereafter "Singer Again 4") was held on JTBC's YouTube channel. Lee Seung-gi, Lim Jae-beom, Yoon Jong-shin, Baek Ji-young, Kim Ina, Kyuhyun, Taeyeon, Lee Haeri, Code Kunst, and CP Yoon Hyun-jun, PD Wi Jae-hyuk attended.
"Singer Again 4" is an audition program that gives singers who are desperate for the stage a "second chance" to stand in front of the public again. Since its first season in 2020, it has garnered attention by rediscovering unknown singers, forgotten artists, and hidden talents that the world has yet to recognize.
As a judge, Kim Ina stated, "The lack of age restrictions makes 'Singer Again' special."
She continued, "In many auditions, we generally see very young people nurturing their dreams. In 'Singer Again,' there are many middle-aged individuals who once bloomed their dreams or had to set them aside while continuing their daily lives, now returning to the stage with dreams that are slowly blossoming again. Before they sing, their facial expressions may be stiff and show little expectation, but after the song ends, they become like boys and girls. It's truly moving no matter how you look at it."
She added, "I feel that dreams are not the exclusive property of any age group; rather, when they exist, my soul feels alive."
Kim Ina also expressed, "When I see a participant I didn't expect much from grow and present a wonderful stage, I feel a sense of pride even though I'm not their parent. I can experience various emotions. Over the months of the program, I gain years' worth of experience and emotions."
Finally, she expressed her hope, saying, "I sincerely wish for it to continue until season 20, like the 'All in the Family' of the audition scene."
"Singer Again 4" will premiere on the 14th at 10:30 PM.
