Broadcaster Yoon Jung-soo (51) is set to marry his bride, former sports reporter Won Ja-hyun.
Last month, Yoon Jung-soo revealed his plans to marry a Pilates instructor who is 12 years younger than him. He recently announced that they have completed their marriage registration and have become a legal couple. The wedding will take place at a hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, at the end of November.
According to reports on the 2nd, Yoon Jung-soo's wife is Won Ja-hyun, who gained attention as the ‘Goddess of Guangzhou’ during the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games while working as a KBS reporter and an MBC sports reporter. Won Ja-hyun has continued her broadcasting career as the host of various programs, including ‘Sports Highlight’ and ‘Bundesliga Show’.
After winning two titles at the 2015 Musclemania Fitness World Championship, she transitioned to a fitness model and has been working as a Pilates instructor since 2017.
Yoon Jung-soo stated, “I have known my wife as a younger sister for 10 years, and we became very close a few months ago.”
The couple is set to share their love story on the TV Chosun entertainment show ‘Joseon’s Love Fool’.
