Comedian Yoo Sang-moo has shared his recent updates.
On the 17th, Yoo Sang-moo posted on Instagram, “I wanted to run away, hide, and I was unimaginably scared and terrified. I was able to find courage because I was not alone. Thank you for protecting me.”
He added, “I sincerely support those who are going through tougher times than I am. I hope we all overcome this and can laugh for a long time with our loved ones who are by our side.”
Yoo Sang-moo also shared a photo of himself in a patient gown. He caught attention by showing a warm moment with his wife, Kim Yeon-ji.
The day before, Kim Yeon-ji posted on Instagram, “My husband (Yoo Sang-moo) gave me the best gift,” and shared, “He had a successful endoscopy and is clean and very, very healthy.”
Yoo Sang-moo has been active in KBS2’s ‘Gag Concert’ segments such as ‘Sang-gu, Sang-gu’ and ‘Bitter Life’ and ‘Grandma Got Angry’.
He was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in 2017 and focused on surgery and treatment, receiving a full recovery diagnosis in 2022. Yoo Sang-moo married composer Kim Yeon-ji, who is six years younger, in 2018.
