An Yujin, the leader of the group Ive, captivated even PD Kim Tae-ho with her exceptional entertainment skills.
On the 28th, An Yujin appeared on the content 'Salon Drip 2' released on the YouTube channel 'TEO', where she shared various stories with MC Jang Do-yeon.
In the video, An Yujin appeared in a 'Daddy Core Look' and responded to comments about her cuteness by saying, "Being called cute feels like the ultimate compliment. While my face may be cute, I think the word encompasses many things, including personality and behavior."
Sharing a similar height with Jang Do-yeon, An Yujin formed a 'tall' camaraderie and humorously stated, "The bigger you are, the cuter you are. Since I'm big, I'm super cute," which drew laughter.
When Jang Do-yeon revealed that she is a huge fan of 'Kitsch' fancams, An Yujin said, "That was the first time I danced like that. It was my first time doing a hip concept, and even if I got teased, I thought I should give it a try, and something new came out of it. Since then, I've come to enjoy that kind of challenge and am no longer afraid of new ones."
While Jang Do-yeon briefly stepped away, An Yujin received cheers from the staff with her natural opening remarks.
When asked about a situation where PD Kim Tae-ho requests her to appear on a new program, An Yujin replied, "PD Kim Tae-ho is an unknown entity to me. I've only seen him on 'Infinite Challenge.' If a serious proposal comes in, I would seek advice from him."
An Yujin also mentioned her collaboration stage with Karina, the leader of the group Aespa. An Yujin said, "Our first meeting was during the challenge, but I couldn't achieve either the 'older sister' title or get her phone number. Later, I received a proposal for a year-end stage, and I think we've become quite close. We decided to have a meal together."
An Yujin raised expectations for her new album 'IVE EMPATHY', which will be released on February 3rd.
An Yujin explained, "My preference is 'REBEL HEART.' 'I AM' was released at the beginning of the year, and I wanted to create a song with a similar uplifting vibe. 'REBEL HEART' is that kind of song, with lyrics that everyone can relate to, allowing us to start the new year on a hopeful note." She emphasized February 3rd and mentioned her new release, showcasing her leadership qualities.
Last year, An Yujin was recognized for her performances in Tving's 'Crime Scene Returns' and tvN's 'Bbang Bbang Earth Arcade', winning the 'U+ Why Not' award at the '3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards' and the Popularity Award at the '60th Baeksang Arts Awards'. An Yujin is set to further establish herself as a detective enthusiast through the Netflix variety show 'Crime Scene Zero'.
