Comedian Kim Hyun-jung has given birth to a daughter.
On the 2nd, Kim Hyun-jung announced her marriage on Instagram with the post “Dingding Suhanmu has been born.” The accompanying photo shows her daughter peacefully sleeping, wrapped in a blanket. Despite being a newborn, her abundant hair and chubby cheeks draw attention with their adorable appearance.
Kim Hyun-jung expressed her deep affection, saying, “She is so small and cute, our baby. 2025.01.02 at 8:19 AM, 2.9 kg, 48 cm, type O. Thank you for coming healthily.”
Previously, Kim Hyun-jung married her non-celebrity boyfriend, who is three years younger, on November 9, 2019, after three years of dating. In September, she revealed on social media, “Due to anxiety about advanced maternal age, I kept postponing my pregnancy announcement, and now I am already six months pregnant,” adding, “The due date for our precious Dingding Suhanmu is January 13.”
Kim Hyun-jung debuted as a comedian in 2005 through SBS's 8th open recruitment and gained popularity with segments like ‘Cute’ and ‘Operation to Make a Queenka’ and ‘Sweet and Fierce Two Women’ on ‘Laughing Search.’ She later became well-known by appearing on shows like ‘Laughing Search,’ ‘Comedy Big League,’ ‘Ha-tang-sa,’ and ‘Knowledge Concert.’
