Singer Wendy is embarking on her first solo world tour.
Her agency, Ascend, announced on the 14th via official social media that they have released a poster for '2025 WENDY 1st WORLD TOUR 'W:EALIVE' IN SEOUL', sharing the news of Wendy's performance.
According to the poster, Wendy will hold the opening performance of the 'W:EALIVE' world tour on September 20 at 6 PM and September 21 at 4 PM at the Jangchung Gymnasium in Jung-gu, Seoul. As this is Wendy's first solo world tour, expectations for the Seoul concert that marks the beginning are particularly high.
Wendy recently revealed her comeback in September, receiving enthusiastic cheers from fans. She is set to release new music in September, hold a concert in Seoul, and embark on a world tour, indicating a busy second half of 2025.
Ascend stated, "We are putting a lot of effort into preparing for Wendy's new song release and performances," and added, "We ask for your great expectations and interest in the new side of Wendy that she will showcase in September."
Meanwhile, Wendy debuted as a member of Red Velvet in 2014 and has released various hit songs such as 'Ice Cream Cake', 'Red Flavor', 'Psycho', and 'Cosmic'.
She recently appeared on KBS2's music variety show 'Bangpan Music: Anywhere Goes' and continues to meet listeners as the DJ of SBS Power FM's 'Wendy's Young Street'.
