The stage has started, but the stage was not visible. A sigh escaped from the audience. YG Entertainment officially apologized for the 'zero view seat' controversy that occurred during the BLACKPINK concert.
On the 7th, YG announced, "We sincerely apologize for the difficulties in viewing due to the limited stage visibility from the N3 seats at the BLACKPINK concert held last weekend."
The problematic N3 section was supposed to be seats facing the stage directly, but fans reported that large consoles and LED screens installed in front of them made the stage almost invisible.

In particular, the seats in question were only labeled with the phrase 'view obstruction' at the time of booking, but it has been reported that the actual structure was closer to 'zero view.'
The ticket price was about 130,000 won. Audience members have claimed that they did not see the artist even once during the approximately two-hour performance and have demanded refunds and follow-up measures.
In response, YG explained, "We expanded the installation of LED screens to improve the environment, but it caused inconvenience contrary to our intentions," and added, "We will provide information on follow-up measures for those who reported the inconvenience in that area through the ticketing agency."
As the controversy spread, YG added, "We will consider the viewing environment more carefully in the future," as they sought to regain the trust of the audience.
