Actor Kim Soo-hyun has recently sold a luxury apartment unit in Galleria Foret located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
According to the real estate industry, on the 3rd, Kim Soo-hyun sold a unit of Galleria Foret with a dedicated area of 170.98㎡ and a supply area of 232.59㎡ for 8 billion won.
This unit was purchased by him in October 2014 for about 3 billion 200 million won, resulting in a capital gain of approximately 4 billion 980 million won after about 11 years.
The transaction contract date was June 27, which coincides with the time Kim Soo-hyun became embroiled in a lawsuit for damages amounting to 7 billion won, leading to speculation that he may have sold the property due to a need for quick cash.

Kim Soo-hyun is currently facing civil lawsuits from multiple advertisers. In addition to Cuckoo Electronics and its affiliates Cuckoo Homesys and Malaysian corporation Cuckoo International Berhad, medical aesthetic company Claris, cosmetics brand Dinto's operating company Trendmaker, and health supplement company Frombio have all filed damage claims against Kim Soo-hyun and his agency Gold Medalist.
The total amount claimed by these companies is approximately 7.3 billion won. Notably, Claris applied for a provisional seizure of Kim Soo-hyun's Galleria Foret apartment last month, amounting to about 3 billion won.
Meanwhile, Kim Soo-hyun is also embroiled in allegations regarding his private relationship with the late Kim Sae-ron. According to the claims from the bereaved family, the two were said to have been in a relationship since their minor years, and there were allegations that he pressured the deceased to repay debts. In response, Kim Soo-hyun has strongly denied these claims through a press conference and an official statement, stating that they are "completely unfounded."
