Singer-songwriter Eun Jong has personally revealed that her marriage to Yoon Ddan Ddan has come to an end.
On the 12th, Eun Jong announced through her SNS that she is in the process of negotiating a divorce with Yoon Ddan Ddan and confessed that she had previously filed a lawsuit for adultery and won.
On that day, Eun Jong began a lengthy post stating, "This is a record to protect my life without hiding anymore," and cautiously shared the mental and physical damage she experienced from the dating period to after their marriage.
She stated, "From the dating period, there was violence that caused physical harm when emotional fights escalated," and added, "We chose to marry with trust in each other, but the problems repeated."
Despite her best efforts to resolve the repeated conflicts from the early days of their marriage, the relationship reached an irreparable state due to "infidelity that did not end with just one incident and the violence that followed," leading to a lawsuit for adultery, separation, and currently negotiating a divorce.
Eun Jong and Yoon Ddan Ddan debuted as fellow musicians in 2014 and got married in 2019 after five years of dating. The following year, Yoon Ddan Ddan gained attention by capturing the feelings of newlywed life in his album 'Newlywed Diary.'
At that time, Yoon Ddan Ddan stated, "Just like she reached out her hand to the troublemaker boy who asked to borrow 5,000 won for the bus when he had nothing, I now want to reach out my hand to her and promise eternity," and admitted, "I caused her a lot of distress due to issues with women, personality problems, and slip-ups," adding to the shock of Eun Jong's revelation.
Meanwhile, Yoon Ddan Ddan has continued his activities by releasing a new song 'Ban Chilsip' in February, and his SNS still contains posts with Eun Jong.
Eun Jong concluded, "I will no longer hide in pain," and stated, "I am still undergoing treatment and want to quietly focus on my recovery."
