Lee Min-woo, a member of the group Shinhwa, confessed that he has been experiencing symptoms of panic disorder.
On the 14th, the KBS2 entertainment program 'Salrim Nam Season 2' revealed Lee Min-woo's recent situation, as his activities have decreased lately.
On that day, Lee Min-woo was seen lying alone in a dark room, spending a lethargic day. He shared, "I haven't been getting many job offers lately," and added, "The glamour of being an idol is gradually fading away. As I get older, it feels like I'm wearing out, like an engine that has been running for a long time."
He expressed, "I feel like I'm becoming outdated. I think to myself, 'I'm not done yet, I can still run more,' but honestly, my self-esteem has dropped in that regard. It feels empty and hollow, as if only my body remains after working hard," and revealed that he has been visiting a psychiatrist for about six months and has been prescribed medication.

Seeing Lee Min-woo's weakened state, his mother prepared meals with his favorite foods like grilled eel, samgyetang, and galbijjim. However, Lee Min-woo said, "I don't have much of an appetite," and couldn't eat well, while his parents cautiously asked about his feelings.
In response, Lee Min-woo shared, "When I saw my fans after a long time recently, my heart raced as if I was possessed, and I kept sweating cold. I thought, 'Is this panic disorder?'" He continued, "Honestly, I miss Shinhwa. I am who I am now because of Shinhwa, but seeing the fans I love made my heart race and I couldn't breathe, which was a bit tough."
Upon hearing Lee Min-woo's confession, his parents said, "When you were young and active, I ate everything I wanted, traveled everywhere, and enjoyed life. I'm so grateful and there's nothing more I could ask for," and encouraged him, saying, "Don't worry about us, just think about yourself. New opportunities will come as you live your life."
Lee Min-woo debuted as a member of Shinhwa in 1998 and has been loved for hit songs like 'Only One', 'Wild Eyes', 'Your Wedding', 'Brand New', and 'Venus'. He has also been active as a solo artist since 2003.
