TWICE's fifth best album in Japan has received a gold certification from the local record association.

According to an announcement made on June 10 by the Japan Record Association on their official website, TWICE's fifth best album ‘#TWICE5’, released on May 14, has achieved a cumulative shipment of 100,000 copies as of May 2025, earning it the gold disk certification.

This new best album includes Japanese versions of many representative songs, including ‘Talk that Talk’, adding to their achievements and demonstrating TWICE's solid popularity.

Additionally, as of April, the title track ‘I CAN’T STOP ME’ from their second studio album ‘Eyes wide open’ has surpassed 200 million streams, earning a double platinum certification in the streaming category from the Japan Record Association. With this, TWICE has added their third double platinum certification following ‘Feel Special’ in April 2023 and ‘The Feels’ in April 2024, solidifying their reputation as the K-pop girl group with the most certifications.

Recently, TWICE announced the release of their sixth studio album ‘ENEMY’ on August 27, exciting local fans. Following the release of their fourth studio album ‘THIS IS FOR’ on July 11, they are expected to shine brightly as a ‘global top girl group’ with their powerful activities both domestically and internationally.

On July 19 and 20, they will kick off their sixth world tour at the Incheon Inspire Arena. The new world tour will feature all venue seats opened 360 degrees, enhancing fans' immersion with an all-around stage. Following this momentum, they will perform as headliners at the large music festival ‘Lollapalooza Chicago’ in Grant Park, Chicago, Illinois, on August 2, local time.
