Actor Shin Hyun-joon revealed that he married his wife thanks to comedian Kim Byung-man.
In the episode of TV Chosun's 'Lovers of Joseon' aired on the 13th, Kim Byung-man's daily life was depicted.
On this day, Kim Byung-man handed a wedding invitation to Shin Hyun-joon. Upon receiving the invitation, Shin Hyun-joon said, "I will give you 160 million won as a wedding gift. Thanks to you, I got married too," drawing attention.
Shin Hyun-joon recalled, "One day, I got a call from Kim Byung-man saying he wanted to eat makguksu (cold buckwheat noodles). After eating makguksu, he suddenly said he wanted beer and fried chicken for dessert. As we were walking to the fried chicken place, I first met my wife, who was carrying a cello case."
He continued, "I thought I would regret it for life if I didn't say anything to that woman, so I turned around to call her, and my wife was standing there. She said, 'I'm a fan, could I get an autograph?' I gave her an autograph, and when I usually write the date, I wrote that date very carefully because it was the date of our first meeting. That's how my life changed thanks to Kim Byung-man."
