Musical actor Choi Jae-rim's team has made an announcement regarding the 'after work' culture.

His agency, Forkicks Entertainment, stated on their official SNS on the 22nd, "Actor Choi Jae-rim has not engaged in the 'after work culture' after performances for the past several years. This is in line with the actor's desire to meet the audience in a well-prepared stage."

They continued, "Thanks to the audience who have supported this intention, we have been able to maintain this for a long time. However, despite this announcement, some audience members have occasionally engaged in behavior similar to 'after work' after performances, causing discomfort to other audience members and the actor, and creating potentially dangerous situations. If this continues to be unmanageable, we will actively seek other measures," they emphasized.

The agency stated, "Actor Choi Jae-rim will not engage in 'after work' after performances and we ask for your understanding that he does not accept any gifts (including handwritten letters) personally when returning home. We kindly ask for your cooperation once again to prevent the actor from being put in an awkward situation due to the sudden actions of some audience members, and we hope you deeply understand the actor's intention to fully pour his heart into the stage and communicate with the audience."

Choi Jae-rim is known as a leading musical actor in Korea and is recognized as a protégé of musical music director Park Kalin. He has gained popularity through major works such as 'Jekyll and Hyde', 'The Bridges of Madison County', 'Chicago', 'Les Misérables', and 'The Phantom of the Opera'.
