Former swimmer Park Tae-hwan expressed regret over advertisements he rejected in the past.
On the 19th, KBS2’s ‘New Product Launch Pyeon Restaurant’ depicted Park Tae-hwan’s daily life.
On this day, Park Tae-hwan revealed his family home where his parents live. He said, “I moved here in 2007 when I was a senior in high school, and I have been living here with my parents since then. Coming to this house brings back a lot of memories and feels good.” He added, “I’m glad I bought it back then. I bought my parents' house.”
In response, Boom exclaimed, “You bought a house when you were a senior in high school? That’s young and rich!” Kim Jae-joong also expressed surprise, saying, “I heard it’s in Jamsil. That’s amazing.”
At 19, Park Tae-hwan became the world’s number one swimmer and was inundated with advertisement offers, dominating the advertising industry. When Boom asked, “How many advertisements did you shoot during that time?” Park Tae-hwan replied, “I’m not sure about the number.”
Boom then said, “I checked Park Tae-hwan’s articles, and it says he rejected 20 advertisements.” When Park Tae-hwan expressed regret, asking, “Why did I refuse?” Boom teased, “That’s three apartments!” causing laughter.

In response, Boom remarked, “This is a Park Tae-hwan museum. Look at the medals. He’s not just number one in the country, but number one in the world.” Lee Yeon-bok added, “You could really make a museum.”
