Broadcaster Kim Ji-hye revealed that a 90-pyeong apartment located in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, is hers.

On the 28th, the JTBC entertainment program ‘You Can't Be No. 1 Season 2’ featured the couple Kim Ji-hye and Park Jun-hyung, who are experiencing a simulated divorce.

On this day, the couple indirectly engaged in a divorce experience. They met with lawyer Yang So-young to seek advice on property division. This was due to disagreements regarding property division and custody in the event of a divorce.

Kim Ji-hye mentioned that she had been living with her mother-in-law for eight years since the early days of her marriage and had been going through a tough time at home, which led her to consider separating.

For this reason, she stated, “I worked like crazy to buy the 90-pyeong apartment in Banpo with 90% of my own money.”

She further explained, “I ended up selling the apartment we originally had (the newlywed house). Then, Park Jun-hyung divided it exactly in half, helped find a house for my mother, and used half to pay off the loan. The house for my mother is also under Park Jun-hyung's name.”

In response, lawyer Yang mentioned that the house rented for her mother is also subject to property division.

Kim Ji-hye was curious about whether the basis for property division is the current market price of the house or the initial purchase price, and lawyer Yang asked what percentage Park Jun-hyung contributed to the house.

When Kim Ji-hye replied, “He contributed 10% of the current market price and 40% of the purchase price,” adding, “The house price has risen that much,” lawyer Yang stated, “Property division will be determined between 10% and 40%.”

Meanwhile, Kim Ji-hye married Park Jun-hyung in 2005 and they have two daughters. The family resides in a 90-pyeong Han River view apartment in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, which has been revealed multiple times through broadcasts.
