Tablo of the group Epik High completed the 2025 version of the 'legendary meme', shedding past pain.

Epik High released a video titled 'Aren't you working on YouTube? Why haven't you sent the gold button?' on their official YouTube channel 'EPIKASE' on the 7th.

After achieving 1 million subscribers and picking up the gold button from YouTube headquarters, Epik High decided to visit Tablo's alma mater, Stanford, before heading to their accommodation. Although Tablo strongly opposed it, he was persuaded by the members' words, "Aren't you going to feel regret if you don't go there?" Even in the car, he complained, "I really went there," and "How many times do I have to prove it?" which made everyone laugh.

The reason Tukut and Mithra Jin headed to Stanford was to completely heal Tablo's 'academic fraud controversy'. They intended to create a 2025 version of a documentary scene that dealt with Tablo's academic controversy from 15 years ago, allowing him to fully shed the scars. Hearing this, Tablo's complaints subsided, and upon arriving at his alma mater, he guided the members with familiarity.

Upon arriving at the spot where Tablo famously said, "It's not that you can't believe it, you just don't believe it," Epik High moved to take a photo in the same pose as back then. Tukut even prepared the exact outfit Tablo wore at that time, showing meticulous preparation. In response, Tablo exclaimed, "This is really trash," and "I've never seen anyone prepare so hard for something," shaking his head in disbelief.

Tablo took a bright smile photo against the so-called 'Crying Tree', shedding his pain. After completing the 2025 version of the photo, Epik High comforted each other with hugs, and Tablo's eyes glistened with tears. Meanwhile, Tukut changed Tablo's smiling photo to his phone's wallpaper and attempted to register the 'Crying Tree' on Google Maps, which brought laughter.

After receiving the gold button and visiting Stanford, Epik High returned to their accommodation and celebrated reaching number one on the charts. Tablo humbly stated, "It's not important to be number one or last. What's important is to work hard, whether you're first or last," while still unable to hide his joy.

Previously, the cafe 'Tajinyo' (Demanding the Truth from Tablo), established in 2010, falsely accused Tablo of academic fraud, claiming that he did not graduate from Stanford University. As a result, Tablo went to the Supreme Court to prove that there was no issue with his academic credentials.

Meanwhile, Epik High continues to actively communicate with fans through various themed content every week on 'EPIKASE'.
