The results of broadcaster Ji Seok-jin's stomach endoscopy examination will be revealed.

Today (16th) at 8:10 PM, Channel A's cultural program ‘Star Health Ranking Number One’ will feature special guests, actress Kyung-sook, known for her expertise in the field, and golf goddess Jang Sae-byeol.

‘Star Health Ranking Number One’ is a new concept health information program where all celebrity participants receive special health check-ups and are ranked based on their health. In this episode, the program will examine the stomach health of Koreans, who are noted for having the highest stomach cancer incidence rate in the world, and will reveal the health rankings of real stars under the theme of ‘High-Risk Group for Stomach Cancer’, generating anticipation.

Before the official start, the participants compliment Kyung-sook's youthful beauty, to which she reveals that she has a special dietary habit that contributes to her youthful appearance. Despite the heat, Kyung-sook insists she never drinks cold beverages, and Han Da-gam expresses concern for Ji Seok-jin, asking, “Don’t you chew on ice as soon as you wake up in the morning?” drawing attention to Ji Seok-jin's health.

As curiosity builds around who might be the one with the ‘warning sign for stomach cancer’, family medicine specialist Kim Se-wan shows an example of a serious stomach cancer case. In response, 70-year-old Dokgo Young-jae jokes, “Isn’t that my stomach?” and adds humorously, “If that picture is of my stomach, I need to go to the crematorium right after the broadcast.”

Meanwhile, when the specialist warns that “mild gastritis can rapidly progress to stomach cancer,” Kyung-sook, who appeared particularly worried, confesses, “My father passed away from stomach cancer,” revealing her family history. Similarly, 40-year-old Han Da-gam shares that her maternal grandfather also died from stomach cancer, showing a lack of confidence in the health ranking that identifies her as part of the ‘high-risk group for stomach cancer’.

However, specialist Kim Se-wan warns, “Current eating habits can increase the risk of stomach cancer more than family history,” pointing out Ji Seok-jin's habit of frequently eating desserts and Jang Sae-byeol's love for meat. Jang Sae-byeol protests, “Is it wrong to eat heartily?” expressing her frustration.

Just before revealing the health rankings, specialist Kim Se-wan expresses surprise, stating, “One of the participants has tested positive for the stomach cancer-causing ‘Helicobacter pylori’ bacteria.” He adds, “In Ji Seok-jin's case, three polyps were found in his stomach,” heightening the tension.

As curiosity grows about who among Ji Seok-jin in his 50s, Han Da-gam in her 40s, Dokgo Young-jae in his 70s, Lee Kyung-sil in her 50s, and Jang Sae-byeol in her 40s will be ranked as the ‘most at risk for stomach cancer’, it is reported that the shocking results of the special examination left both the cast and crew in disbelief.

Channel A’s ‘Star Health Ranking Number One’ airs every Wednesday at 8:10 PM on Channel A.
