Model Han Hye-jin assessed her 500-pyeong villa in Hongcheon, saying it has "failed."
On the 7th, a video titled "The failed house in Hongcheon... An honest review" was uploaded to Han Hye-jin's personal channel 'Han Hye-jin.'
In this video, Han Hye-jin confessed various inconveniences and trial and error she experienced while building and living in the villa, stating, "It's been three years since I built the villa. I spent over six months on the design, but there are many problems once you actually live in it."
Previously, she gained attention by revealing the villa built on a 500-pyeong plot of land in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do, through YouTube, and is currently enjoying a rural lifestyle while commuting between Seoul and Hongcheon.
Han Hye-jin mentioned the exterior and structure, saying, "I made the roof black and extended the building for aesthetics, but my mom teased me that it looks like a barn," showing a wry smile.
She added, "Once, while coming back from grocery shopping, I looked at our house and thought it looked like a barn. The entrance faces north, so in winter, the snow doesn't melt, and the door doesn't open," she sighed.
Additionally, she remarked, "The outdoor swimming pool and the outdoor shower facilities I created to feel like showering outside are useless," explaining, "They have CCTV installed due to external intruders. It's only for me to see anyway. I'm living between dreams and reality."
As for something she is satisfied with, she added, "Installing a stove in the living room was a perfect choice."
