Singer Lim Young-woong will appear on KBS2's 'Immortal Songs'.
The first solo special stage of Lim Young-woong, titled 'Immortal Songs - Lim Young-woong and Friends (tentative title)', will be broadcast for two consecutive weeks on August 30 and September 6.
In May 2020, Lim Young-woong appeared on the 'Immortal Songs - Song Hae Gayoje Special', and this will be his first solo special under the name 'Immortal Songs'.
This 'Immortal Songs - Lim Young-woong and Friends (tentative title)' is expected to be a healing music show where artists who have shared a long friendship with Lim Young-woong will perform together, alternating between stage performances and talks to showcase diverse music.
In particular, it is anticipated to be a special time to enjoy music in a warm and sincere atmosphere, breaking away from the existing competition format. Each song performed, including 'More Beautiful than Heaven', 'Warmth', 'Do or Die', 'Grains of Sand', and 'Love Always Runs Away', will convey the music world of Lim Young-woong, one of South Korea's top artists, as well as his genuine feelings about people, stories, and the stage.
The production team of 'Immortal Songs' stated, "We are preparing a special stage for Lim Young-woong, an artist loved not only in Korea but also on the global stage. Please look forward to festival-like stages presented by artists who are close to Lim Young-woong."
