Yuna from the group ITZY is taking on acting.
A representative from the new tvN drama 'Miss Undercover Boss' (tentative title) stated on the 1st to Maeil Business Star Today, "ITZY's Yuna will appear in 'Miss Undercover Boss'."
'Miss Undercover Boss' is a retro office comedy drama set in the late 1990s, depicting the chaotic events that unfold when Hong Geum-bo, a 30-something elite supervisor at the Financial Supervisory Service who only knows work, disguises herself as a 20-year-old high school graduate employee at a securities firm where suspicious fund flows have been detected.
Yuna will play the role of Hong Jang-mi, the younger sister of Hong Geum-bo (played by Park Shin-hye), who suddenly disguises herself as a new high school graduate at a securities firm. There is much interest in how Yuna, who is taking on her first acting role with this project, will perform.
Meanwhile, ITZY, to which Yuna belongs, released their mini-album 'Girls Will Be Girls' on June 9 and has been promoting the title track of the same name.
