Singer Lee Chae-yeon (25) confessed that she underwent a hair transplant.
On the 14th, the JTBC entertainment program 'Knowing Bros' featured guests including singers Kim Wan-sun, Narsha, Lee Chae-yeon, and Moon Chanel.
On that day, Lee Chae-yeon shared, "I have a painful memory," revealing an episode from her past Waterbomb performance. She recalled, "During my first Waterbomb performance, I wanted to look good, so I sprayed hair powder and went on stage. But it all washed away in the water. While dancing, I did a wave, and one side of my head was completely empty."
Afterward, Lee Chae-yeon mentioned that she was engulfed in hair loss rumors, saying, "I had to keep participating in Waterbomb, and it was a big deal. So I immediately got a hair transplant. I transplanted 3571 hairs," she revealed. Narsha was surprised, saying, "If it's over 3000 hairs, that's a lot."
Meanwhile, Lee Chae-yeon debuted in 2018 as part of the project girl group IZ*ONE through the Mnet idol survival show 'Produce 48'. After the activities of IZ*ONE ended in 2021, she has been active as a solo artist.
