Actress Oh Se-eun is taking on her first historical drama through 'The Male Lead's First Night.'
The new KBS2 Wednesday-Thursday drama 'The Male Lead's First Night' (written by Jeon Seon-young, directed by Lee Woong-hee and Kang Soo-yeon), which is set to premiere on June 11, is a 'no-brake' romance fantasy drama that unfolds as the soul of an ordinary female college student inhabits a minor character in a romance novel and spends a night with the novel's most obsessive male lead.
In the drama, Oh Se-eun plays the role of 'Bangul-i.' Bangul-i is a maid who stands by the side of the alternative choice (played by Seo Hyun), who possesses both status and wealth. She is expected to showcase her charm with wisdom and boldness at the center of the daily incidents that occur while diligently serving the young lady.
Oh Se-eun gained significant popularity for her role as Song Jae-hyung in the TVING original series 'Pyramid Game.' She has also appeared in JTBC's 'The Woman Who Plays' and KBS Drama Special 'Hot Feet,' establishing herself as a next-generation rookie actress who is consistently active.
