On the upcoming episode of MBN's entertainment program 'Hanil Top Ten Show' airing on the 20th at 9:50 PM, a special segment titled 'Real Name King Contest' will feature current artists competing under their real names and stage names. The second king of 'Current King of Singers 2', Park Seo-jin, and the first king of 'Current King of Singers', Jeon Yu-jin, will face off in a 'real name showdown' after a previous match where they wagered on dinner expenses.
In this context, Park Seo-jin, who experienced a turning point in his life as the second king of 'Current King of Singers 2', shares the story of why he chose to perform under a stage name. Park Seo-jin reveals to the curious current artists, "Who is Park Hyo-bin?" and explains, "My real name is Park Hyo-bin. I debuted at 17 under that name." He continues, saying that he was told by a monk that the character 'Hyo' brings bad luck, and by a shaman that the character 'Bin' also brings bad luck, leading him to visit a fortune teller who gave him the name 'Park Seo-jin'. The current artists respond with excitement, saying, "You changed your name and it worked out well," and "Where is that place?" showing great interest in the lucky energy that produced a king.
