‘Master of Chinese Cuisine’ Yeogyeongrae reveals the heart-wrenching family story of losing his father at the age of 5 for the first time to his son, Yeomin.

On the upcoming broadcast of TV CHOSUN's entertainment program 'Dad and I', chef Yeogyeongrae and his son chef Yeomin will go out together.

Previously, Yeomin expressed his disappointment over his father's unilateral decisions, and Yeogyeongrae made a shocking statement, saying, "The easiest person to control is my son. Always listen to adult conversations," which led to some conflict. Despite the still awkward atmosphere, the two visited the grave of Yeogyeongrae's father together.

Sitting in front of his father's grave, Yeogyeongrae recalled memories of his last day with his father. At the age of 5, Yeogyeongrae went to watch a movie with his father and mother. While waiting for his father after taking the bus with his mother, his father hurriedly crossed the street and was hit by a car in a traffic accident.

Although he was too young to understand the meaning of death, Yeogyeongrae vividly remembers saying, "Mom! Dad is dead." He continued, "It has been 62 years since my father passed away," sharing his story calmly.

Hearing for the first time about the 'absence of a father' that his dad felt, Yeomin reflected deeply, saying, "My son is 5 years old... How much he must have missed his father and how much he needed his father's presence at that age."

As Yeogyeongrae, who lost his father at a young age, shares his true feelings with his son Yeomin for the first time, it remains to be seen whether the father-son duo, who have accumulated conflicts, can resolve their long-standing emotions in the episode of 'Dad and I' airing on the 6th at 10 PM.
