Comedian Shin Dong-yeop revealed the reason he played bass in high school.

On the 5th, on the YouTube channel 'Jjanhan Hyung Shin Dong-yeop', Lee Hyun-woo, Yoon Sang, and Kim Hyun-chul appeared.

That day, Shin Dong-yeop said, "I played bass in high school. Back then, you had to be in the school band to gain popularity with girls during festivals. My junior in the broadcasting club was Yoo Hee-yeol. Yoo Hee-yeol wrote well and made it really fun."

When Kim Hyun-chul said, "That's really risky. It's good if you can play bass well," Shin Dong-yeop replied, "A high school student can only do so much," which drew laughter. He added, "You need to be somewhat good at guitar and keyboards, but you don't have to be good at bass."

Shin Dong-yeop asked Yoon Sang, "Didn't you also start (playing bass) because of girls?" to which Yoon Sang replied, "Of course." Shin Dong-yeop laughed, saying, "Most people in music start that way." In response, Kim Hyun-chul joked, "I started for the founding of the Korean music scene."
