‘Our Village's Little Puppy’ has announced a showdown between Kim Do-hoon and Shin Ye-eun heading to a rural village.
The ENA entertainment program ‘Our Village's Little Puppy (Directed by Yeom Hye-jung, Produced by TEO)’ will premiere on March 1 at 8 PM, depicting the challenges of city puppies in a rural village. The show will feature city puppies helping the elderly, showcasing talent shows, and enjoying delicious rural meals, as they gradually blend into the village life. Centered around actor Kim Do-hoon, the show will also feature his invited guests, including Shin Ye-eun, and popular band DAY6 members Young K, Heo Nam-jun, and Lim Sung-jae, who will present a refreshing rural life of trendy youth in each episode.
The released preview for the first episode captures the beginning of city boy Kim Do-hoon's journey as a village puppy, drawing attention. Notably, Kim Do-hoon's close friend of eight years, the exceptionally entertaining actress Shin Ye-eun, is set to appear in the first episode, raising expectations.
The first destination is Yeompo Village in Goheung, Jeollanam-do, where the two will start a fierce competition to become the representative ‘puppy’ of Yeompo Village. From talent shows that make the elderly laugh to sea fishing, resolving complaints, and cooking competitions, a thrilling and unpredictable showdown is anticipated.
In particular, at the end of the preview video, a scene unfolds where the village elders begin voting for the ‘Yeompo Village Leader Puppy’, piquing curiosity. Who will become the village's favorite grandchild, also known as the leader puppy, between Kim Do-hoon and Shin Ye-eun? This question heightens anticipation for the first broadcast.
