Actor Yoon Gai shared his thoughts on the ending of ‘My Perfect Secretary’.

Yoon Gai played the role of the chic and capable ‘MZ Assistant’ Na Gyu-rim in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘My Perfect Secretary’, which concluded on the 14th.

In the final episode, Na Gyu-rim submitted her resignation along with her team members when People’s merged with Careerway and Kang Ji-yoon (played by Han Ji-min) stepped down from her position as CEO. Na Gyu-rim maintained her cool demeanor as usual, comforting her team members, but felt the pressure of needing to find a new job.

Afterward, when Kang Ji-yoon, having gathered her thoughts, offered Na Gyu-rim a job at her newly established search firm WE Company, Na Gyu-rim chose to reunite with her team members. A year later, Na Gyu-rim was seen counseling Oh Kyung-hwa (played by Seo Hye-won) and Lee Kwang-hee (played by Ko Geon-han) about their office romance, showcasing her continued competence and embodying the ‘post-Kang Ji-yoon’ persona, leading to a happy ending.

Through ‘My Perfect Secretary’, Yoon Gai perfectly portrayed the character Na Gyu-rim, who appears chic on the outside but has a deep inner side, bringing vitality to the drama. In particular, Na Gyu-rim’s warm loyalty and her special chemistry with the team members added energy to the show, providing viewers with delightful energy in every episode.

Yoon Gai expressed his ending remarks through his agency We Entertainment, stating, “This was a work where I could truly feel how precious the moments spent together are. I would like to thank everyone who watched and loved ‘My Perfect Secretary’. Rather than thinking of it as an ending, I embrace it as a new beginning, and I will continue to show good performances in the future.”

Meanwhile, Yoon Gai will appear as Park Mi-jung in the MBC Friday-Saturday drama ‘Undercover High School’, which premieres on the 21st at 9:50 PM. As he takes on the new character of a National Intelligence Service agent, expectations are high for Yoon Gai’s active career as he builds a diverse filmography.
