Actress Yoon Ga-i revealed the reason for her departure from 'SNL Korea'.
On the 5th, the YouTube channel Studio Chikachika released an episode featuring Yoon Ga-i as a guest on 'Imposter Queen Lee Soo-ji'.
On that day, Yoon Ga-i mentioned that she has been busy filming four dramas recently, and Lee Soo-ji asked, "So how do you feel about not being able to meet your vitamins and energy every week?" inquiring about her feelings after leaving 'SNL Korea'. Yoon Ga-i and Lee Soo-ji had previously worked together on Coupang Play's 'SNL Korea'.
Yoon Ga-i confessed, "I really felt it. Even when I attended the first episode as an audience member, my heart felt very strange."
She continued, "It's the same for you, and when I see Lee Rang and Senior Sang-hoon, they manage to juggle dramas a lot, right? I really respect that, but I have no know-how. I joined 'SNL' right after graduating from college. I don't know how to think quickly and change characters skillfully, so I felt overwhelmed and was in pain thinking that I wasn't doing any of it properly."
She added, "I made a difficult decision to go back to where I started and study continuously as a supporting role."
In response, Lee Soo-ji said, "If you're mentally prepared to learn from the beginning again, you can do it," and then asked, "But you also have to come down in terms of advertising and profitability. How much has your income decreased?"
To this, Yoon Ga-i replied, "It's almost nothing now. It was just for a short time."
