In ‘I Am Solo’ Season 24, Young-sik begins a precarious ‘pink rush’ towards Ok-soon.
In the episode airing on the 5th, SBS Plus and ENA's reality dating program ‘I Am SOLO’ features Young-sik's ‘NN-level appeal crisis’ triggered by a single remark from Ok-soon.
On the morning of the fourth day in ‘Solo Nara’, Young-sik calls Ok-soon and declares, “I will choose you in the final selection.” He then emphasizes, “Whether you choose me or not, I will choose you,” and asks, “But you won’t tell me who you’ll choose, right?”
Ok-soon hesitates for a moment before responding, “I said I would choose you if it’s a (female) date, yesterday,” igniting Young-sik’s passion with her words. Young-sik, taken aback, responds, “That’s so great…” and looks stunned, as if he’s in a ‘lag’.
After their intense conversation, Young-sik rushes to the common living room. He then boasts to the other singles, “She said if the girls choose (a date partner), they would choose me. I’m so stunned that I can’t even speak.” Eventually, Young-sik calls Jeong-sook aside and repeats, “I’m so stunned,” and “This is my first experience like this, I can’t even smile.”
Watching Young-sik’s ongoing testimony-like ‘NN-level stunned appeal’, MC Defconn remarks, “At this point, he’s in shock. (Ok-soon) must have shot him with a tranquilizer gun,” shaking his head. Lee Yi-kyung also warns him, “Calm down!” in a serious tone.
However, the very Ok-soon who stirred Young-sik’s heart reveals her sudden change of feelings. In an interview with the production team, Ok-soon states, “There are points of disappointment. That’s when my feelings changed,” explaining why her feelings for Young-sik have cooled.
There is great interest in what points Ok-soon was disappointed with Young-sik and what kind of repercussions his ‘pink rush’ will cause, which he is unaware of.
