Hwang Woo-seul-hye did it again. Along with her more beautiful looks, she showcased her sharp cursing and action, delivering a delightful performance.
At the press screening and conference for the movie 'Hitman 2' (directed by Choi Won-seop) held at CGV Yongsan in Seoul on the afternoon of the 15th, the actors unanimously praised, "We were surprised by Hwang Woo-seul-hye's acting. She did it really realistically."
Kwon Sang-woo, who reunited with Hwang Woo-seul-hye as a couple, said, "There are highlights that only Hwang Woo-seul-hye can deliver. Her unique atmosphere and tone are unparalleled, and she holds a significant portion of our 'Hitman' series," expressing his trust by adding, "I usually don't laugh much on set, but I remember laughing because of Seul-hye."
He continued, "Our movie could have received a 12+ rating, but it got a 15+ rating because of the line 'the husband gets hit too much.' I was happy that the audience would find it amusing. I hope that Seul-hye and I can continue our chemistry and do well in the movie."
Hwang Woo-seul-hye also said, "Oppa always gives me a lot of compliments, which has been a great strength for me while working and acting. I learn a lot from his attitude and consideration, and I believe he will write more for us if we appear together as a couple in Season 3. I trust Oppa and worked hard, and I will continue to do so."
She added, "When I hit Oppa, I always try to avoid it or flinch. That makes it more fun for me, but I don't know how it turned out," and Lee Yi-kyung revealed, "When the shot turns, his eyes go wild, and it looks like he really got hit. I could hear the real sounds of hitting. It seemed to bring out the realism."
Jung Joon-ho also added, "Usually, when female actors are asked to do such scenes, they can't and feel sorry, but we expressed it so realistically that it felt excessive," which brought laughter.
The film is a comedy action story about a webtoon writer who quickly falls from being a hit writer to a 'brain-dead writer' after a terror incident mimicking his ambitious new webtoon, leading him to be falsely accused as a criminal overnight. It stars Kwon Sang-woo, Jung Joon-ho, Lee Yi-kyung, Hwang Woo-seul-hye, Kim Sung-oh, and Lee Ji-won.
Scheduled for release on the 22nd.
