Indian broadcaster Lucky has clarified rumors about his marriage and divorce.
In the episode aired on the 27th, SBS’s ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny’ featured couples Kim Hye-sun and Stephan, and Jin-woo and Hae-tee arranging a group blind date.
On that day, Lee Guk-joo asked Lucky, “I heard a rumor. There’s a rumor that Lucky got married.” Lucky replied, “Many people might misunderstand. I had promised to marry a girlfriend I had been dating for a long time.”
He continued, “When I first appeared on the show, my girlfriend asked me, ‘Can’t you just say you married me?’ so I went around saying that. I didn’t know much about the show and didn’t think it would last long. Then we broke up, and since I’m not a big celebrity, I didn’t clarify anything.”
He added, “These days, before going on a blind date, the other person searches for me, right? Then all the comments say ‘Lucky got married.’ So, I clarified that I’m not married, and then the next thing I know, they say ‘Lucky got divorced.’ You can check it at the district office.”
