Hong Jin-kyung from ‘Solo Hell 4’ boasted that she was recognized overseas due to the program's popularity.
At the production presentation for Netflix's variety show ‘Solo Hell 4’ held on the second floor of Hotel Naru Seoul M Gallery on the morning of the 8th, she began by saying, “I am grateful and honored to be part of the show up to season 4.”
She shared an episode, saying, “More and more people are recognizing me overseas,” and added, “A fan abroad even asked me, ‘Aren't you the MC of Singles Inferno?’ They called it that instead of ‘Solo Hell.’ I didn’t understand at first and said no, but then the fan insisted, ‘You are right.’” This brought laughter to the audience.
She emphasized, “I am often ignored in Korea, but I have global popularity overseas. Everything is thanks to ‘Solo Hell.’”
‘Solo Hell 4’ is a dating reality show where singles must become couples to leave a remote island called ‘Hell Island.’ Hong Jin-kyung, Lee Da-hee, Kyuhyun, and Hanhae serve as MCs.
It will be released on the 14th.
