Park Na-rae, Kim Na-young, and Yang Se-chan, who appeared on 'Se-ba-ki' in the past, reminisced about that time.

On the 19th, the MBC entertainment program ‘Save Me! Homes’ (hereafter ‘Homes’) aired, featuring Kim Na-young and Park Na-rae as they set off to find properties in Paju.

On that day, Park Na-rae asked Kim Na-young, “Can I call you ‘sister’?” and then inquired, “Do you remember where we first met? It was on ‘Se-ba-ki’, right?” Kim Na-young replied, “I remember. It was a survival show.”

‘Se-ba-ki’, which aired from 2009 to 2015, was a popular program that featured many stars of the time, including IU, Suzy, and Uee. The cast of ‘Homes’, including Kim Sook, Jang Dong-min, Lee Dae-ho, Yang Se-hyung, and Yang Se-chan, also have experience appearing on the show.

Park Na-rae said, “After you (Kim Na-young) left, I was fixed on ‘Se-ba-ki’ for 10 months with Do-yeon. I sat in the back row and couldn’t say a word. There were fewer people than in a picture frame. I kept getting pushed further back.” Kim Na-young empathized, saying, “I can imagine how hard that must have been. Really.”

While watching the VCR, Kim Sook also chimed in, “I was at the far left end. I thought, ‘Should I sneak out?’ No one would notice if I left.” Yang Se-chan mentioned, “It was tough talking from the back row because the speakers weren’t on, so the person in front was just talking to the front and I couldn’t hear.”

Kim Sook added, “You can’t even laugh. You can’t react,” and said, “Once I leave that studio, I can pack my things and go straight to the elevator. As soon as the elevator doors close, many people start crying.” She reflected, “I wanted to cry too, but I couldn’t because everyone else was crying too much.”

Jang Dong-min shared, “At that time, I took the elevator with Kim Na-young, and she was sitting next to me crying. Before the doors closed, we smiled and said, ‘Thank you for your hard work,’ but as soon as the doors closed, she collapsed and cried.” Kim Na-young confirmed, “That’s right. It was tough.”

Yang Se-chan recalled, “Looking back now, what was hard for us was that everything was started with Lee Hwi-jae saying, ‘Okay, let’s see. Quiet! Hi-Q!’ He would say ‘Hi-Q!’ and when someone’s talent didn’t work out, he would say, ‘What is this?’ and ‘What’s going on?’” and did an impression of him.

Reflecting on the difficult past, Kim Sook said, “Let’s all cry once and get it over with,” and Jang Dong-min mentioned, “It’s the number one program that celebrities want to see disappear,” referring to the memories that remain as PTSD.
