Singer Crush boasted about his friendship with BTS's J-Hope.
On the 11th, Crush appeared as a guest on MBC’s ‘Radio Star’ along with Han Da-gam, Lee Soon-sil, and Ha Yeon-soo.
That day, Crush said, “I have collaborated with many artists, including Zico, Zion.T, Taeyeon, and Lee Hi. IU and I have exchanged concert guest appearances.”
He continued, “The most memorable collaboration was with J-Hope. I was really nervous because he is such a world star, but he was so kind. Even during the recording, he said he could do better and wanted to try again. I was touched by his hard work. There was also a part in the music video where we danced together, and while I practiced for a month, J-Hope learned it in just 30 minutes.”
When referred to as a wedding song machine following Yoo Ri-sang and Sung Si-kyung, Crush said, “One of the most memorable wedding songs was at J-Hope's older sister's wedding. J-Hope's older sister is a fan of mine, so I went to sing at her wedding. Honestly, singing at weddings is quite stressful, and as I was trying to gather my thoughts to sing, I noticed BTS looking at me from the audience. It felt like I was auditioning,” which made everyone laugh.
He added, “J-Hope gave me a custom microphone as a wedding gift. It was a microphone adorned with Swarovski crystals. I have been using it well at concerts,” surprising everyone.
Meanwhile, ‘Radio Star’ airs every Wednesday at 10:30 PM.
